Express Commission Australia Christmas Offer – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by Real Estate Advance Pty Ltd (ACN 164 355 051) trading as Express Commission Australia (ECA).

2. Campaign Period
The campaign commences on 1st December 2025 and concludes at 5:00 PM AEDT on 19th December 2025.

3. Eligibility
This offer is open to all existing and new ECA clients operating under a business entity within Australia.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ECA are ineligible to enter.
  • Clients must have completed and drawn a qualifying advance during the campaign period to be eligible.

4. Entry and Prize Draw

  • Each drawn and funded advance between 1st and 19th December 2025 qualifies as one entry into the prize draw.
  • Clients may enter multiple times. More entries = more chances to win.
  • The prize draw will be conducted digitally at 11:00 AM AEDT on 22nd December 2025.
  • The prize is a $2,000 cash-back, paid via credit to the winner’s account.
  • The draw will be recorded but not published, and the winner will be notified by email.
  • Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

5. New Client Interest-Free Offer
New ECA clients (defined as clients who have not drawn an advance with ECA prior to 1st December 2025) are entitled to a special interest-free benefit during the campaign:

  • Any qualifying advance drawn between 3rd and 24th December 2025 will incur no interest until 1st January 2026 if it settles after 26th January 2026.
  • This offer applies automatically at the time of drawdown.
  • The waiver applies to the standard daily interest rate only and does not include administration fees or any third-party costs associated with the advance.

6. Privacy & Data Use
Client details and data will be handled securely and will not be shared with any third parties.
Participants have the right to remain anonymous in external communications.

7. Disputes
All decisions made by ECA regarding the campaign are final. Any disputes should be directed in writing to: info@expresscommission.com.au
